Need For Speed Mobile is an upcoming installment in EA's all-time favorite racing franchise. It's only the second title, after Need For Speed: No Limits, to be released exclusively on mobile.

Though it is a major shift from a traditional console release, NFS Mobile has already garnered significant interest due to its stellar graphics and promising features.

Need For Speed Mobile is expected to be released in late 2024.

No official release date has been provided yet. It is rumored that Need For Speed Mobile will be launched in China on April 15, 2024. We may potentially see a worldwide launch shortly after as the game is well in advanced development. Many of the game's features and gameplay elements have been fleshed out and are ready for beta testing.

Upcoming Need For Speed Mobile Beta Tests

Two beta tests have been held in the past. It is currently unclear if and when a third one will be conducted.

The second closed beta test for Need For Speed took place between December 7 and December 19, 2023. It was available for Android and iOS players in Australia, Canada, Indonesia, and Mexico.

The first Need For Speed Mobile beta was a limited play test that was held in Australia between July 13 - 20, 2023. As the name might suggest, players only had access to a restricted amount of in-game content. It included 18 tracks, over 15 cars, and more than 100 square kilometers of explorable open world.

As expected, an expansive open world will be available for you to explore in Need For Speed Mobile. If the limited play test is any indication of how big it is, you can expect it to be more than 100 square kilometers of open world that you can drive through.

Need For Speed Mobile will also have an extensive list of cars that you can add to your collection. It includes models from Lamborghini, McLaren, Porsche, and more from other top brands.

With the game gearing up to have a large open world, EA has indicated that Need For Speed Mobile will require at least 6 GB of free space on your mobile device if you want to download it.
