Update on January 31, 2024: Clear Jade is found on top of the turtles found near Qiaoying Village and the surrounding area.
In Genshin Impact, you can find Clear Water Jade in Shenyu Valley in the new Chenyu Vale region that will make its debut in the game with version 4.4 update releasing on January 31, 2024.

Jade produced in Shenyu Valley. It feels as cool as water, hence the name. According to the ancient legends of our ancestors, the jade stones scattered among the rocks came from the high blue sky. At that time, the messenger who had not yet fallen into silence gave the ancestors jade as warm as the moon, and guided them to build an altar reaching the sky and listen to the blessings and disasters revealed. Since then, many tribes that evolved from the ancestors still maintained their primitive and simple beliefs. Their respect for the image of "jade" also merged with Liyue's tradition, forming the look of today's culture.
