What Is Neuvillette's Special Dish In Genshin Impact?
In Genshin Impact, Neuvillette's special dish is called Consomme Purete, an offensive category food item that increases all party members' CRIT Rate by 20% and CRIT DMG by 20% for 300 seconds.
Similar to any other food item, the effects of Neuvillette's special dish are not applied to your team members during a co-op session, as the buffs only get applied to your units.
Apart from that, lore-wise, Neuvillette is very confident and proud of his special dish even though, to others, it's just a normal dish.
The in-game description of Consomme Purete reads, "He specifically selected the purest, chilliest waters from the highest mountains to create this exquisite and matchless treasure. Though it does have a refreshing quality, as for how the overall flavor of the soup is no different from ordinary soups... It's probably best not to mention it."

Neuvillette's Special Dish Consomme Purete Recipe In Genshin Impact
As we mentioned earlier, Special Dishes are nuanced versions of normal food items in Genshin Impact that players can only cook using the respective character.
Update September 28, 2023: You can purchase Consomme from Hotel Debord.
The same is applied to Neuvillette's Consomme Purete! It is a special version of a normal dish called Consomme. Thus, you need it to make the Consomme Purete.
That being said, here is the recipe for making Consomme Purete in Genshin Impact:
- Fowl (3)
- Egg (3)
- Carrot (2)
- Marcotte (1)
Apart from the above ingredients, you must also own Neuvillette to make Consomme Purete. Without him, making the dish in Genshin Impact is impossible, as using any other character will give you Consomme instead of the Consomme Purete food item.
How To Cook Neuvillette's Special Dish Consomme Purete Recipe In Genshin Impact
You can cook Neuvillette's Special Dish, Consomme Purete, at any Cooking Station, which comes in the form of Stoves, Campfires, Cooking Furnishing, and the gadget Adepti Seeker's Stove.
But before you head to any Cooking Station and start making Consomme Purete, make sure you fulfill these prerequisites:
- You must unlock Neuvillette by performing wishes on his Character Event Wish banner.
- You must obtain and learn the Consomme recipe.
- You must have all the ingredients required to make Consomme Purete.
Once everything is in check, you can interact with the Cooking Station, select 'Consomme', and click on the 'Cook' button.
On PS4 and PS5, you must press the 'O' button. When you are in the cooking menu, look on the right side and find the 'Select Character' option.
Click on 'Select Character' and choose Neuvillette from the list of characters. Once that is done, start cooking manually or auto cook, depending on your mastery in cooking Consomme.
Cooking Consomme using Neuvillette will give you his special dish, Consomme Purete, though the chance of getting it depends on RNG.
