The Rocket Balloon Spotlight is a brand new limited-time Clash of Clans event which, as the name might suggest, has the Rocket Balloon Super Troop front and center.
Taking place between April 11 – 21, you can earn a new resource known as "Ice", which will be rewarded to you for earning Stars during multiplayer battles or collecting them from the Super Ice Bath. Earning Ice is crucial to helping you progress through the highly-rewarding Event Pass.

Besides Ice, "Super Medals" are a new limited-time currency that can be used at the event's Trader Shop. Use this currency to buy yourself in-game items.

Rocket Balloon Spotlight Event Pass
Similar to past special events in Clash of Clans, the Rocket Balloon Spotlight will have an Event Pass which you can purchase for $4.99 (or an equivalent amount in your local currency). Purchasing this will allow you to unlock the Pass' extremely-packed rewards track. It contains items such as the Goblin Pharaoh decoration and Ores.
If you're a free-to-play player, you'll also be in luck. The Rocket Balloon Spotlight event will have a free reward track that is home to multiple rewards.
You can progress through the milestones on both the free track and Event Pass by earning Ice. Take part in multiplayer battles, use Rocket Balloons in your armies, and tap on the Super Ice Bath located at your Home Village to get Ice.
