The Frozen Arrow is a Hero Equipment that is capable of slowing down enemies it hits. It is notably the Archer Queen's first Epic rarity item and provides her with an extremely useful advantage during battle.
This Hero Equipment would be particularly powerful if you use a Queen Walk strategy when raiding enemy bases in multiplayer battles. The passive slow effect would help your Queen edge out strong base defenses such as the Multi-Archer Tower or even enemy Archer Queens.
You can also use the Frozen Arrow as a support item. With the Archer Queen being able to shoot from afar, you can use this item to slow down enemy defenses while your assault troops like Siege Machines or Golems attack them. All in all, this new Hero Equipment is certainly versatile and can be used in many different instances.

Clash Of Clans Frozen Arrow Stats & Upgrade Costs
As mentioned earlier, the Frozen Arrow has a passive ability that slows down enemies with each hit. It also passively increases the DPS of the Archer Queen when equipped.
You can currently upgrade the Frozen Arrow to a maximum of 27 levels. Like all Hero Equipment, you will need Shiny Ore, Glowy Ore, and Starry Ore to improve the Frozen Arrow to the next level.
Bear in mind that you also need to upgrade your Blacksmith if you plan on leveling up any Hero Equipment.

How To Unlock The Frozen Arrow In Clash Of Clans
You can unlock the Frozen Arrow by purchasing it for 3,100 Dragon Medals from the Trader Shop during the Dragon Festival event.
Dragon Medals can be earned by collecting Red Envelopes. These envelopes will contribute to your progress on the Dragon Festival event pass. Each milestone has the potential to reward you with more Dragon Medals.
