Sand is a common crafting material in LEGO Fortnite that was introduced to the game with the recent Going Fishin' update. It is one of the main materials you need for crafting another material, Glass, which is needed for making the Spyglass and Compass tools.

How To Get Sand

In LEGO Fortnite, you can get Sand by digging the sandy area found in the Desert Biome, aka the Dry Valley, using a Shovel.

Similar to dirt, if you dig the Sandy area in LEGO Fortnite, you will get Sand in the game.

That being said, as soon as you get your first Sand, you will unlock the crafting recipe for processing Sand to make Glass.

How To Use Sand To Craft Glass
