Honkai Star Rail 1.6 "Crown of the Mundane and Divine" update has introduced a new area in the Herta Space Station called Seclusion Zone, a previously un-accessible area that players can now explore, thanks to Ruan Mei.
That being said, as you may know, with the arrival of new area, we get a ton of new chests, collectibles and other such things that you can find there, making the exploration worthwhile.

All Chests In Honkai Star Rail Herta Space Station's Seclusion Zone
The Seclusion Zone area on the Herta Space Station offers a total of 12 Treasure Chests that you can find across the second and third floors.
Ten of the twelve chests are found on the second floor, as you can see in the above map screenshot.
Meanwhile, you can find the remaining two Chests on the 3rd Floor. No Chests on the 1st Floor.

You can get Stellar Jade, level-up materials, Cosmic Fragment, Credit, Data Bank, and other such rewards from the Treasure Chests found in the different maps of Honkai Star Rail.
Do Treasure Chests Respawn In Honkai Star Rail?
No! Treasure Chests do not respawn in Honkai Star Rail. So once you open a chest and collect its rewards, they won't respawn.
