The stage is set for the upcoming Brawl Talk in June and with it comes a whole list of exciting new additions that will surely shake up Brawl Stars. Here's everything you need to know about the coming updates.
Brawl Stars is arguably in the best position it has ever been in over the past few years. The game's growing popularity and increasing number of active players are all thanks to recent updates. These have introduced massive changes and features that have taken the game to the next level.
Now, all eyes are set on Supercell and how they'll continue to improve the game. One way of finding out what's in store for the coming months is by tuning in to the bi-monthly Brawl Talk. Here, the developers will present an overview of what players can expect in future updates.
It's certainly going to be an exciting time, so let's dive into all the details we know about the latest Brawl Talk.
Mega Boxes Are Returning To Brawl Stars
In the title of the upcoming Brawl Talk, Supercell has explicitly written that "MEGA BOXES ARE BACK!!!" If you recall, Boxes were removed from the game in late 2022 as they were deemed to be too random and were not the best way for players to unlock items that they wanted.
Two years later, Boxes – particularly Mega Boxes – are slated to make a comeback. This reward item works similarly to Starr Drops in the sense that you unlock a random item after opening it. However, what makes Mega Boxes different is the number of items you can receive. Starr Drops only drops one random item, while Mega Boxes drop a few random items.
Two New Brawlers Are Coming
Two brand-new faces will be entering the brawler roster over the coming updates. One brawler will be released in the July season while the second one will be added in the August season.
At the time of writing, it's unclear who these brawlers are and what abilities they possess.
Six New Hypercharges Will Be Introduced
As usual in every update cycle, novel Hypercharges will be introduced to Brawl Stars. These special abilities will enhance your brawler's Super. For example, they can make them stronger, buff their speed, or increase their damage.
It has been confirmed that six new Hypercharges are coming in the next few updates. These will be for Angelo, Barley, Emz, Frank, Gale, and Piper.
A Showcase Of New Season Skins Will Be Presented
Finally, June's Brawl Talk will provide an overview of all the new skins that players can get in the next two seasons. Naturally, this showcase will contain skins that match the theme of their respective season, skins designed for particular festivities, and an assortment of random designs.
Besides that, we may also get a first look at the new Supercell MAKE campaign skins for Amber and Mr. P.
