New Dragon Ball Super Game Mode In PUBG Mobile
First and foremost, the huge collaboration brought a new game mode to PUBG Mobile known as Battle Royale: Dragon Ball Super.
It allows players to play on a 1.6 x 1.6 km anime-style map with all the new scenery using one of the five Dragon Ball Super characters: Son Goku, Vegeta, Frieza, Piccolo, and Ultimate Gohan.
In this game mode, players can enjoy new gameplay features such as:

- Volcanic Lava
- Teleport Point
- Energy Zone
- Timed Cates
- Map Crates
- Recovery Point
- Revival Altar
Also, Battle Royale: Dragon Ball Super can boast multiple special items that are not available in the ranked game mode:

- Tactical Capsule
- Armor
These items can significantly improve your in-game experience and make PUBG interesting even if you spend thousands of hours in the game.
New Map Changes In PUBG Mobile
During the PUBG Mobile x Dragon Ball Super event, players can enjoy Erangel, Sanhok, and Livik on a special-themed map. Here, players need to collect Dragon Balls which are scattered across the map.
If you manage to collect all seven, Shenron will be summoned and you'll get the most powerful buffs ever.
In addition to summoning Shenron, players can get choose the special powers at the beginning of each game:
- Buku-jutsu
- Kamehameha
- Senzu Bean
- Dragon Radar
- Air Car
These improvements can be used to mark Dragon Balls on the map, deploy a car in a capsule or deal extra powerful damage to the enemies.
Tenkaichi Budokai Challenge
The newest collaboration also brought the Tenkaichi Budokai Challenge to PUBG Mobile with some Daily and Fixed challenges for everyone.
To enjoy the new Tenkaichi Budokai Challenge, players will need to complete interesting objectives in the Dragon Ball Super-Themed Mode. For example, these challenges include using 100 UC, using a Buku Capsule, or reaching 100 Ki.

By completing these challenges, players can get Challenge Tokens. They can be used in the Event Shop for Dragon Ball-themed cosmetics. The most expensive item is Kamesennin Style Set, which costs 1,900 Challenge Tokens.
Dragon Ball Super Discovery
The necessary part of PUBG Mobile x Dragon Ball Super Collaboration is Dragon Ball Super Discovery. It's an in-game event where you can accumulate Exploration Points and exchange them for Dragon Ball Exclusive Crate Coupons.
If you're willing to spend money on the game, there are some limited-time offers available, such as the Crate A/Crate B.
By opening these Crates, you can obtain character sets for Son Goku, Frieza, Vegeta, and other popular heroes from the Dragon Ball universe.
How Long Will The PUBG Mobile x Dragon Super Collaboration Last?
As announced by the developers, the PUBG Mobile and Dragon Ball Super collaboration will be available between July 15 and September 4, 2023.
