Here's a complete overview of all the balance changes that was introduced to Wild Rift in patch 4.2b.

Wild Rift will be undergoing a third round of balance changes in patch 4.2. As usual, you can expect a variety of champions and items to be within Riot's crosshairs for this update.

A series of buffs, nerfs, and adjustments will be made to re-balance the meta and ensure that the gameplay experience in Wild Rift remains enjoyable and that there's plenty of room to experiment with other champions.

Buffs

Fiora, Nunu & Willump, Ziggs, and Randuin's Omen will be the biggest winners of the buffs introduced in patch 4.2b.

Camille	Tactical Sweep damage ratio to monsters increased from 50% → 80%
Fiora	Lunge cooldown decreased from 14/12/10/8 seconds → 12/10/8/6 seconds Lunge cooldown return on skill hit decreased from 60% → 50%
Lillia	Base attack damage increased from 58 → 62 Base armor increased from 31 → 34
Nunu & Willump	Snowball Barrage base damage per snowball increased from 8/12/16/20 → 10/14/18/22 Absolute Zero cooldown decreased from 75/70/65 seconds → 70/65/60 seconds

Nerfs

Only a handful of nerfs will be introduced to Wild Rift in patch 4.2b. They target Rammus, Swain, and Hullbreaker.

A fair number of champions will be adjusted. Keep an eye out on Ashe, Olaf, and Tristana as their adjustments appear to be the most impactful compared to other champions in this list.
