Grand Warden Gets New Clash Of Clans Champion Skin

Supercell has announced that the Grand Warden will be the next hero to get a Champion skin. This legendary hero cosmetic is just the latest skin to be released in conjunction with the annual Clash of Clans World Championship. This year's tournament will be held in Helsinki, Finland, between September 23 and 25.

Besides this, the Champion hero skins released for the previous World Championships - that being those for the Barbarian King and Archer Queen - will return to Clash of Clans for a limited time. Here are all the details you need to know about the new Grand Warden Champion skin and how you can get the previous Champion skins.

Grand Warden Will Get A Champion Skin For 2022

The Grand Warden will be receiving a special Champion skin for the Clash of Clans World Championship in 2022. This skin can only be purchased from the in-game shop for USD $9.99. It will be available in Clash of Clans between September 19 and October 1.

These are the perks that will be included with the new Grand Warden Champion skin:

  • Custom Grand Warden model
  • Custom textures
  • Special animations
  • Skin-exclusive visual effects
  • Skin-exclusive sound effects

With three out of the four current Clash of Clans heroes having received a Champion skin, the next hero due for one is the Royal Champion. She will most likely receive a skin for the Clash of Clans World Championship in 2023.

Barbarian King And Archer Queen Champion Skins Return

The previous Champion hero skins for Barbarian King and Archer Queen will return to Clash of Clans for a limited time. Like the Grand Warden's Champion skin, each of the two skins will cost USD $9.99 and will only be available in the game until October 1.
