A hoverbike is being tested in Call of Duty: Mobile, allowing you to fly across the water in record time.
All attention from fans may firmly be on the soon-to-be-released Season 9 of Call of Duty: Mobile, which is set to bring back the much-loved Zombies Classic game mode, but that doesn't mean the developers aren't already working on what comes next.
And now we know what that is, thanks to some leaks from a test build released recently over in China, revealing a number of new additions, including a hi-tech hoverbike for the game's battle royale mode that can traverse across water.
Its inclusion was publicized by LeakersOnDuty, a team of COD: Mobile enthusiasts who regularly keep up to date with the Chinese development, which is often several weeks ahead of the global release.

With this being part of this month's test build, the leakers claim that it will arrive in Season 10, due out in November.
Season 10 has been confirmed to be a slightly delayed third-anniversary update, which marks three years since the game launched. These updates are usually bigger in scale and can include engine/graphical updates, but so far, the developers have been tight-lipped about what will be arriving.
A Hoverbike Is Coming To COD: Mobile
And if you aren't satisfied with just a picture of the hoverbike, another leaker released a video of it being ridden over the water.

The video also showcases just how fast the hoverbike is - even across the water - and reveals a detailed first-person driving view.
Being trapped on one side of the water while the circle closes on you is a recipe for disaster in the COD Mobile's battle royale mode, and this bike will surely help you avoid that scenario.
It also appears to offer some sort of protection with a large visor in the front that also covers your flanks, though it does look like you will be exposed from the back. Still, if it's that or swimming across, I know what I am picking.
New Map And Aim Assist Perk Being Tested
This wasn't the only new addition discovered in this test build. There was a new operator skill, the 'Laser Ballista', which evaporates opponents with its laser, a new map called Crossroads, which was first seen in Black Ops Cold War, and a rather strange perk that seemingly gives you more aim assist.
Expecting the "Aim-Assist" to be removed. The perk will be the most broken thing ever added in the game if released in its current state. Also note that, the perk can also get scrapped. So don't expect it to be released. https://t.co/zutN8zwaVO

Not everything that appears in the test builds ultimately makes its way into the game, though many of these have arrived near-complete, so the logical next step is to get them into the publically available version of the game.
Though before all that, we have Season 9, which, along with the return of the Zombies game mode, also includes two new weapons; the Krig 6 assault rifle and the C4 lethal.
