The CBR4 submachine gun has recently dominated the Call of Duty: Mobile meta.

Its lightweight frame gives those who choose to use it incredible mobility; it has a ridiculously fast fire rate and unnerving accuracy; and it can fit many attachments, which can be used to amplify its strengths or curb its weaknesses.

In recent months, the CBR4 has been the subject of a succession of nerfs. But despite this, the CBR4 remains the best sub-machine gun in the game, especially when you add the best attachments.

That's where this guide comes in, as we look at the CBR4 in the context of standard multiplayer and battle royale game modes and devise the best loadouts for both.

Best CBR4 Loadout For COD: Mobile Season 6 (2024)

The CBR4 is one of the best guns in COD: Mobile because of its high mobility, large magazine capacity, and negligible recoil. These attributes make it excellent in close-to-mid-range gunfights.

However, you must still equip the best attachments and perks to get the most out of the gun.

Not everyone will have all the attachments available to them, and if you find that is the case for you, that's because you have yet to level up the gun to its maximum level.

The CBR4 has 43 levels. Check out our guide if you want to learn how to level up guns quickly in COD: Mobile.

Best CBR4 Loadout For Battle Royale

This CBR4 loadout is about improving the gun's damage range while retaining mobility.

This loadout won't replace an assault rifle when engaging at some of the ranges you will be expected to in the battle royale but paired with a marksman rifle or sniper, you have a very potent mix.

  • Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
  • Optic: Tactical Scope
  • Barrel: QWC Marksman
  • Laser: QWC Laser - Tactical
  • Rear Grip: Stippled Grip Tape

The key to this CBR loadout is the Monolithic Suppressor and QWC Marksman barrel, which, when combined, increase the gun's damage range by 35%.

The Tactical Scope optic will help you when engaging opponents at range, but if you are happy to go without, you could opt for the RTC Steady Stock, which will improve the gun's accuracy and recoil even more.

The QWC Laser - Tactical helps reduce the gun's ADS time, which has taken a hit with some of the previous attachments.

The Stippled Grip Tape further improves ADS time and reduces sprint-to-fire delay.

Best CBR4 Loadout For Standard Multiplayer

This CBR4 loadout is about increasing the gun's accuracy and reducing the recoil. With these attachments equipped, the gun becomes a laser, so much so that you suspect the developers will again be looking to nerf this SMG.

  • Muzzle: MIP Light Flash Guard
  • Barrel: MIP Extended Light Barrel
  • Laser: QWC Laser - Tactical
  • Stock: YKM Light Stock
  • Rear Grip: Rubberized Grip Tape

This is easily one of the best loadouts in the entire game. The MIP Light Flash Guard muzzle and MIP Extended Light barrel work together, massively reducing the gun's recoil.

The QWC Laser - Tactical, once again, decreases the ADS time.

With this loadout, we opted for the Rubberized Grip Tape this time, which reduces vertical recoil at a small cost of ADS bullet spread.

To top it off, we've gone for the YKM Light Stock, which increases ADS movement speed and reduces sprint-to-fire delay, keeping you moving fast while in engagements.
