What Is Monster Hunter Now's Release Date
Monster Hunter Now will be released on September 14, 2023. It will be a global launch, so players in any country and region will be able to download the game once it is released.
Monster Hunter Now was recently soft-launched in Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Sweden. The game will be available for Android players only.

Monster Hunter Now Gameplay Includes Fighting Beasts And Exploration
Monster Hunter Now is set to be a one-handed portrait mode AR game -much like Niantic's Pokémon GO. But, if you want a gameplay experience reminiscent of Monster Hunter on PC, you will also be able to set it to landscape mode.
In this game, you will take the role of a hunter as you venture on a journey to find monsters and materials in the real world. You can enter battles by yourself or team up with others.
Combat remains a key gameplay component. Battles in Monster Hunter Now will last for a maximum of 75 seconds. Sakae Osumi, Senior Producer at Niantic's Tokyo studio, stated that they "wanted to make the combat element simple and intuitive, but still hard to master."
During battles, you will be able to switch between weapon classes depending on the monsters you face.
Besides fighting head-on, you can also use a paintball item to tag monsters you discover in real life. This gives you the option to hunt them at home or at any other time if you wish. Your trusty Palico companions will be able to tag monsters automatically - even if you're offline.
The real world will be divided into several different ecological zones. Each comes with its own unique set of monsters and materials.
Multiplayer and integration with other Monster Hunter games are rumored to be in development.
