Yes, as per reports, Tencent Games plans on making Elden Ring Mobile a free-to-play game like Genshin Impact with in-app purchases.

Tencent Games has already bought the licensing rights for the game from FromSoftware back in 2022, the same year in which the game officially came out on PC, Xbox and PlayStation platforms.
