Activision has finally confirmed that Warzone Mobile's release date is set for March 21, 2024.
It's official, mark the calendars, and get ready to deploy. Warzone Mobile will be released worldwide on March 21, 2024, for iOS and Android mobile devices.
Over 50 million hopeful players have pre-registered to date and we anticipate this number to only grow as we approach the game's launch.
Warzone Mobile's Release Date Is Officially Confirmed
Warzone Mobile combines the "best elements of Battle Royale and Multiplayer into one thrilling experience." With immersive controls and gameplay reminiscent of classic Call of Duty titles, Warzone Mobile brings all the action players are familiar with on console and PC to handheld devices.
Features such as shared progression with 2023's Modern Warfare 3 and Call of Duty: Warzone means your weapon and battle pass level progression on mobile devices will also apply to the console and PC versions.
The most impressive feature Warzone Mobile possesses is its promise to have up to 120 real player lobbies. One of the biggest gripes players face in many FPS titles in the mobile gaming scene is the heavy presence of bots that can often lead to unentertaining matches.
With a release date finally confirmed for March 21, players can now begin to count down the days until they can customize their weapon loadouts, choose their Operators, and jump into maps such as Verdansk and Rebirth Island.
Warzone Mobile was initially scheduled for a release in late 2023. However, this date was later delayed after Activision VP of Mobile, Chris Plummer, announced during the Call of Duty: Next 2023 event that "We have a few more things we want to polish up."
If you have not already, you can pre-register for Warzone Mobile on the game's official website. Upon the game's release, you will receive pre-registration rewards such as the Ghost – Condemned Operator skin, X12 – Prince of Hell weapon skin, and the M4 – Archfiend weapon skin.
