How To Unlock The Ricochet Cannon In Clash Of Clans

You must first upgrade to Town Hall 16 to utilize any Merged Defense. When you reach this Level, you will be given the option to purchase the ability to merge several Defenses, one of which is the Ricochet Cannon.
