In this article, we'll delve into the confirmed details and information about highly-anticipated launch of Town Hall 16 in Clash of Clans.
Clash Of Clans Town Hall 16 Release Date
Town Hall 16 will be released to Clash of Clans on December 12, 2023.
In addition to a new Town Hall, a series of other building and troop upgrades will be added to the game.
Town Hall 16's theme is one inspired by nature and it embraces it with the various tree-influenced designs present in new buildings and troops.
New Defense Merging System Allows Players To Combine Defenses
When you upgrade to Town Hall 16, you will be given the option to purchase the ability to merge several Defenses instead of purchasing new Defenses from the Shop. The final product, a Merged Defense, will have twice as much (or more) power than a regular Defense.
The two buildings being merged must be upgraded to their maximum level before you merge them. Merging buildings is permanent, so you cannot undo anything to reverse it once you have combined two Defenses.
Two Merged Defense will be introduced in Town Hall 16: the Multi-Archer Tower and the Ricochet Cannon.
New Hero Equipment Gives Heroes Active & Passive Abilities
Hero Equipment is a new item that Heroes can equip in Clash of Clans to grant them various abilities in battle. With a wide selection of equipment available, you will be able to pick and choose which Heroes get what buff depending on your army composition and attacking strategy.
Hero Equipment can either have Active or Passive abilities. Active Hero Equipment needs to be activated for the Hero to gain the abilities. Meanwhile, Passive Hero Equipment is permanently active during battle.
Additionally, Hero Equipment can be divided into two rarities: Common and Epic. These rarities will dictate the number of levels available and the requirements to upgrade them.
Each Hero can equip two Hero Equipment items at a time. You must drag the Hero Equipment from your inventory and onto your Hero at the Blacksmith to select them. Hero Equipment is exclusive to specific Heroes.
New Ore Resource In Clash Of Clans
Ores are a new resource in Clash of Clans that you can use to upgrade the various Hero Equipment in the game. There are three types of Ores. They are known as Shiny Ore, Glowy Ore, and Starry Ore.
Shiny Ore is a common Ore that can upgrade both Common and Epic Hero Equipment. Secondly, Glowy Ore is a rarer Ore that is useful for upgrading key levels of both Common and Epic Hero Equipment. Finally, Starry Ore is the rarest Ore and can be used to upgrade Epic Hero Equipment beyond certain levels.
Ores can be obtained from the Home Village Star Bonus, Clan Wars, the Trader, and the in-game Shop.
Fox Spirit And Root Rider Enter Clash Of Clans As Newest Troops
The Spirit Fox is a new Pet has the Spirit Walk Special Ability which allows it and the Hero it is attached to to become invisible for a short duration.
On top of this, the Spirit Fox boasts high damage and the ability to jump over obstacles such as Walls. Pair these with their Special Ability and you will have an extremely powerful unit in your army.
The Root Rider is a high-HP troop whose favorite targets in battle are base defenses. They are similar to Hog Riders, but instead of hopping over walls, the Root Rider charges through them like a Wall Wrecker siege machine. Given their ability to deal massive damage to Walls, you will find them smashing through Walls without stopping.
