Supercell has recently released balance changes that buff and nerf certain Card Evolutions and Champions in Clash Royale.
We are in the midst of Season 53 of Clash Royale and this season has been nothing short of chaotic. From the newly-introduced Little Prince Champion, the Archers Evolution, and the whole slew of novel events and challenges, players have been swarmed with exciting content this month.
Now, it has not been all fun and games for some players as they have been annoyed by the underperforming or overperforming of certain cards. Naturally, the Supercell team was quick with these sentiments and introduced its monthly set of balance changes.
In November 2023, these changes target the game's Card Evolutions and the novel Champion. That said, let's dive into them.
Clash Royale Balance Changes (November 2023)
Only five cards were impacted by the recent update, with some reaping more rewards than others. The Bats Evolution and Skeletons Evolution were buffed. Meanwhile, Knight Evolution, Royal Recruits Evolution, and the Little Prince were nerfed.
Update: On November 17, Clash Royale underwent a maintenance break which saw the Little Prince nerfed further, particularly their fire rate and Royal Rescue ability.
Here are Clash Royale's November balance changes in detail:

We can expect the next round of balance changes to be released in December 2023 when Season 54 is introduced to Clash Royale. Judging by the trend of previous updates, you can expect these balance changes to target Card Evolutions. The biggest impact would most likely be felt by that season's new Card Evolution.
