During the Dragon Festival, you can earn the event's limited-time resource known as Red Envelopes. When you destroy an enemy's Grand Warden's Altar and Clan Castle in Multiplayer Battles, you will be rewarded with Red Envelopes.

Besides this, you can collect Red Envelopes from the Dragon Pinata. The Pinata passively generates Red Envelopes, which you can collect by tapping on it. You can locate the Dragon Pinata next to the Trader Shop.

Red Envelopes will contribute to your progress along the Dragon Festival event pass.

Dragon Festival Seasonal Troops

Two new seasonal troops will be available during the Dragon Festival event: the Firecracker and Azure Dragon.

Players of Clash Royale may be familiar with the Firecracker and their capabilities. But for those who are new, this troop is capable of dealing explosive damage with her rocket. Upon its explosion, splash damage will be dealt to additional targets behind the initial target.

You can unlock the Firecracker from the Dragon Festival event pass after you collect 1,000 Red Envelopes.

On the other hand, the Azure Dragon is a beast unlike any that's landed in Clash of Clans to date. This troop boasts high HP and extremely high DPS. It also deals splash damage to the enemies behind its initial target. Overall, the Azure Dragon makes for a fearsome addition to your army comp.

You can unlock the Azure Dragon from the Dragon Festival event pass after you collect 3,000 Red Envelopes
