Move aside King, a new Goblin Queen is sitting on the throne! In the upcoming Clash Royale update, the Goblins will take over the Arena with brand-new additions never seen before. From the novel cards to a cool new game mode, it's safe to say that players are in for a treat.
The exact details of the update have been revealed in a TV Royale episode that was aired on June 15. Shortly after, the new update will be dropped on June 17.

Three New Cards Will Be Added To Clash Royale
It has been confirmed that three new Goblin-themed cards will be making their way to the game. Two of the cards are troops while the third is a spell. You can unlock all these cards in Arena 12.

One card is known as the "Goblin Machine" and features a goblin in a mech suit. It can deal melee damage as well as ranged damage from its rocket launcher.
The second card is known as the "Goblin Demolisher" and it features a Goblin who can fling sticks of dynamite from range and can explode itself just like a Wall Breaker.
The Spell, on the other hand, is arguably the most interesting addition. Known as the "Goblin Curse", it deals damage to all troops within the Spell's radius over time. If any troops are eliminated, they turn into Goblins that fight on your side.
New "Goblin Queen's Journey" Game Mode Is Going To Be Introduced
A new game mode known as the "Goblin Queen's Journey" will be added to Clash Royale in the coming update where the Goblin Queen lines up front and center as the main character.

In this game mode, the Goblin Queen has replaced the King at the King's Tower. She is using her Goblin-launching ability that can be charged up by playing Goblin-themed cards.
You will need to reach Arena 12 to unlock the Goblin Queen's Journey game mode in Clash Royale. We anticipate it to be an exciting addition. The last time a new game mode was added to Clash Royale was nearly two years ago in the form of The Path of Legends.
A Community Event Will Launch On The Day Of The Update
As soon as the June update is released in Clash Royale, a new community event will begin. There will be six tiers to accomplish and the rewards are worth 250,000 gold. You can contribute to reaching these tiers by using the Goblin Queen's ability.
